2-2 without our best OL is not bad.

One lineman shouldn't make a difference between a w or l. He doesn't play defense and the offense clicked the second half. We do not have a defense that can play consistently good.

KC was under tremendous pressure and TW certainly helps there. Not that Ty played poor and maybe we still lose. But don't underestimate not having the best LT in football on the field.

The pressure was horrid, but all out blitzes doesn't focus on one man. Our line overall is solid but they can't hold a candle to the Hogs or the o line Norv had. A shooting match was to be avoided with this team as they have the better defense.

Trent is the best LT in football. He protects KC's blind side. He would have played and dominated with the Hogs, norvs line, or any other line in Redskins history. He makes a huge difference. Whatever though. He will be back next week and so will a W.

One time it led straight to a sack fumble. That went on for a touchdown.

I think we're definitely better than the next 3 teams we play and on par with the Giants. We can go 4-0.

That being said, we can't guarantee wins over anyone with our defense and red zone play calling.

That is why I am pessimistic about our chances now. Our D is the big albatross holding us back. We should bitch slap Philly, but will we? Arizona should have been a
W for us, but we blew it. No game is easy for us, even teams that are tanking.

My official hope of still possibly winning the super bowl was killed today. We couldn't force any turnovers against a QB famous for them or get off the field.

If you include the penalty on Norman, they converted 12-18 3rd/4th downs. Combine that with zero turnovers and you aren't beating anyone. I can't even blame Barry, his dogs just don't hunt. He needs more players on his side, and for Pete's sake, some speed.

Yup. I still think we will get in. I would love to than win a game. A halfway decent offense will own us every time though. Especially when it matters most. Our linebackers are sooooo meh. Inside and out.

More than half our defensive players are meh or yuck. I'm assuming this off season and draft, 90% of the focus will be on defense. I think we'll be a lot more stout next year. We better be.

Yeah the safeties are not even worth mentioning. I would not mind having Breeland on the team but not as a starter. Kerrigan is good for one sack and a whole lot of disappearing. We really have very little speed.
Our first pick has to be the best DT / Linebacker / or safety available. I do not care how good the tight end or wr or center is on the board at that point. I really do not. Lol. I forget who said it about getting someone in free agency that turns out to be like a Vernon Davis has been for our offense, but we need to steal one in free agency plus draft at least 2 immediate contributors.

We'll have a new NT, at least 1 new ILB and at least 1 new safety. And Cravens will play a whole lot more next year. That would be the absolute minimum. And we need a speed rusher bad. There is no position on defense where a pick or signing couldn't be used. It's wide open for SM.

Honestly we won't win a playoff game. I'd like to get in but our def is too bad to win. Maybe Detroit but don't think it'll happen
