Maybe I read it differently, I thought it meant that it was already reduced and he was looking to do it again. Either way I don't know if Snyder wants to do a Shanny buyout, O'Brien buyout plus a salary. That's a ton of $$ tied up in one spot.

Pete Carmichael, Jr. (New Orleans Saints)
Tom Clements (Green Bay Packers)
Jay Gruden (Cincinnati Bengals)
Greg Roman (San Francisco 49ers)
Todd Bowles(Zona)


OC/DC maybe HC:
Either of the Ryan IF paired with a proven OC
Mike Zimmer (Bengals)"

Rick Dennison (Houston Texans) must be paired with a young OC
