Re: Carolina Panthers vs Washington Redskins Gameday Thread
I don't think anyone expected that. I think most of us were just hoping not to shit to bed this year. Unfortunately it just seems like more of the same.

Re: Carolina Panthers vs Washington Redskins Gameday Thread
well, at least we are keeping them to field goals, but, like its been all season, the issue is not our defense, its our quarterback play and our wideouts. Get hank in there, i dont think he could be any worse than gaffney right now, plus, you get him some experience.
also, say he makes a couple good plays.......you cant put a price on the confidence that would give him..... |

Re: Carolina Panthers vs Washington Redskins Gameday Thread
Yeah, turn the ball over in key points of the game. End of the half fumble? Wow...
Beck needs to calm down.. He's basically a rookie playing his first game, but I want to see Austin in there more

Re: Carolina Panthers vs Washington Redskins Gameday Thread
I hope John Beck pees correctly at halftime because if he pees on the toilet seat this forum will be all over him.

Can Banks even catch passes? I don't mind seeing Stallworth out there. I think he's just as good as Gaffney at least.

Re: Carolina Panthers vs Washington Redskins Gameday Thread
The Redskins are the worst team in the history of any level of football!
Or, they're only 3 points down at the half with a good chance to win the game. Pick one. |

They'll be calling for Grossman to start again.

Re: Carolina Panthers vs Washington Redskins Gameday Thread
We lack any vertical passing game. If Carolina has half a brain, they come out loading the box 2nd half and challenge Beck to beat them deep.

We SHOULD be irritated that we are losing going into the half vs a team like this. How many penalties have they made?? And we still are losing?? Get real, guys... this IS unacceptable football and EVERYONE HAS A RIGHT TO SAY SO.

PS... Gaffney is the leading wide receiver on our team averaging 60 yards a game. Everyone makes mistakes, and yes this one was big. Calm down. (Not directed at anyone personally.... )
