Time to clean house 1.0.

None of us really (like REALLY) know how involved Snyder is in the day to day, and player decision making. I do believe Snyder wants to win badly, but also badly wants to be involved, because he loves the team and football so deeply. He doesn’t mean to hurt the team, it just ends up that way.

My problem is with the people he hires. From a public perception Cerrato and Allen are the two primary issues, because they’re the guys in place to “act” as the GMs and make all decisions on personnel, coaching staff, etc.

Allen said it perfectly himself when being interviewed about the Alex Smith trade. “You are judged by your record, and you are what your record is”.....well Bruce, if that’s the case you need to fire yourself.

Williams is still the interim head coach of the browns and busy game planning for Sunday. He’s got to be the front runner for the job there... why the hell would he come back here? I can’t believe I’m saying this but Cleveland is a much more attractive job.

Casserly is quite honestly too old. I love him but would not be excited about that move.

I’m fearing Snyder’s going to bring Gibbs back for some figurehead move.

Would it be out of the realm of possibility for Snyder to bring back shanahan? A

From your mouth to God's ears, never thought I'd see the day where we became the new Cleveland. All we need to do is hire a baseball exec. to run the football ops and we'll be set.

I'm not sure I agree that Cleveland is a MUCH more attractive job.

The Redskins organisation is as dysfunctional as it gets, but I have hope that a talented coach taking an in depth look at this roster would think "I can do better than this with these players".

This is the feeling I have, that this roster is more talented (at least on the defensive side of the ball) than what the record says.

A good coaching staff can do better than Gruden and Co with the same players. If I can see it why wouldn't Greg Williams see it?

That chain of tweets is one of the most depressing Skins related things I've seen in a while.

Incoming big name hire to restore our faith? Say it ain't so.

Let it be Louis Riddick.

Gibbs is smart and would never come back here under any circumstances. Casserly either. The Redskins need positive PR badly. It's been a bad year for them on that end.

Re: Time to clean house 1.0.

I’d only rule out Gibbs due to his age, I don’t think he’s interested in the NFL grind anymore.

I wouldn’t rule out Casserly.

I think Joey T tweeting about Riddick recently was a possible tell.

You’re probably right, but the problem with bringing in an outsider is it means we’d probably loses Kyle Smith relatively soon to an actual GM job somewhere.

I’m tired of letting our young bright talent leave and succeed elsewhere, whether it’s a player (too many to count), coach (Sean Mcvay) or personnel guy.

I’m hoping the reference is to someone who can be an addition to the staff here instead of being the reason our good guys leave.

Gibbs also owns like a half dozen Nascar teams. I am sure that keeps him plenty busy at almost 80.

Folks, how is it that Bruce Allen will retain his job? There is no way in hell he deserves another minute of employment with the Skins....

How is this fuckin possible? I’m at a loss. What does it take for Snyder to get rid of him?

I cannot stand the filthy animal. Someone else mentioned him moving strictly to the business side of things after we let go of a few of those guys, and I would be fine with that. Just do not ever set foot on the field or anywhere near the players and im cool.
