I think Torain and Williams both make the final roster. Those guys are too good to cut.
2 QB, 4 RBs, 2 FBs, 6 WRs, 2 TEs, 9 OL. Thats 25, which gives some flexibility for the defense.

imprressed w/ Williams and Torain at RB, don't see why we're keeping Parker. I'll give Beck a pass but 3 teams in 4 yrs doesn't give me confidence
