What a difference a QB makes. Jayden has balls of steel man. Never gets rattled. What an epic performance. I'm hard.

After today JD should be back in the MVP discussion. Not saying he should win it, but he deserves to be in the conversation.

Agree. Commanders were 4-13 last year. They are 10-5 currently and a viable threat in the playoffs. He should absolutely be in the conversation.

He has literally won us the last two games

He has this whole team on his back with very little supporting cast on offense

Re: Jayden Daniels - Commanders QB Thread

And for all the Iggles fans that are complaining that Hurts was out, I remind you that a rookie just orchestrated 36 points on your great defense. And it wasn't as though we had great field position all day because of turnovers -- heck, we turned it over 5 times and STILL put up 36 points. Without much of a running game (outside of JD5). And without much on special teams -- heck, the best return (by LMC) ended up with a turnover a few plays later.

JD5 -- just wow.

96 yard drive to get us back in it and then the winning drive. Wow indeed.

Exactly!

Unless you have the rare ability to see alternate realities, I don't really want to hear that there would have been a different outcome if Hurts played the whole game. The game certainly would have been different, but that doesn't mean that the outcome would have been different.

Re: Jayden Daniels - Commanders QB Thread

Well it was 14-0 with Hurts in and they were driving again. It helped our offense also that we kept getting the ball back because their offense couldn’t advance the ball suddenly when he went out. Ill take every victory, and love them all equally but lets just say I am of the firm belief that they were going to kick our ass like they were for the first 10 minutes of that game.

It was 7-0 when Hurts got knocked out. Pickett threw the TD for the Eagles' when they scored their 13th and 14th points, respectively.

Yes. My bad. They were driving and we were not doing anything about it. Hurts was abusing us on the ground. All i know is that their offense took a major blow when Hurts got hurt. There is no arguing that. Ill be praying for Rams or Bucs in round one. I do not want to see Hurts and the Eagles again until we get more help on defense.

That's no different than in the first game where we were winning till the 4th quarter with a qb who definitely was not right. I look forward to a playoff game with both qb's at full strength. no excuses for either side.
