Nice pic of McChampionship in the 3 time Super Bowl winning jersey. I love it!

Don't have truly reliable information on this yet but Willie Colon is about to sign his RFA tender with the Steelers and there are some rumors that we are targeting him. Steelers supposedly looking to ship him out even more so than before due to his association with the infamous Milledgeville night. Carlos Rogers could be part of this deal

Again, really preliminary rumor. I usually wouldn't post without more confirmation, but why the heck not

I love when you post the stuff like this, no harm as long as you mention it's not concrete

any chance they'd try him at LT?

Wow, I wasn't expecting to see a pic like that until preseason.

I'm not sure what scouts think of him as an offensive lineman, but he's a hell of a salsa singer/composer

I would think RT. I honestly don't know enough about Colon to make any assessment. Rogers is a guy that I expected they wouldn't truly actively shop going into the off-season. But that's actually not been the case at all. If anything, he's been shopped more than anyone (save for maybe Landry).

Maybe Shanny being so high on him was to build value.. or he thought that he'd get good compensation whereas a lot of people weren't interested

I was guessing he'd be RT as he has been before not to mention it seems like we'll go OL in the 1st

i agree with tryfhul - this is the sort of stuff i love seeing, SmootSmack. i'd rather read your rumors than anyone elses. I don't really have an opinion on Colon, but the Steelers offense couldnt be any more dissimilar from ours. Add to that the fact that their line really hasnt been that good, and I dont know how i feel about it. I'm not sure if Colon was part of the problem in Pittsburg or the one shining spot, but if theyre eager to move him, its not a good sign.

Rogers may have bad hands, but he's a heck of a corner otherwise. if we did the trade, i'd expect them to throw something else in to sweeten the pot. An above average starting cornerback >> a servicable RT.

I have no idea what we'd be giving up.

We inquired about both Marcus McNeill and Jermon Bushrod but both seem to have fallen by the wayside. Focus looks to now be on Brown and Colon. Some say Donald Penn as well, but I'm not so sure about that one.

Hypothetical. If Berry slips to us at 4, would you trade Landry for Brown and draft Berry? Or would you rather hold onto Landry and draft Okung?

Thats a tough one, but I'll take Okung. Actually I would take a trade for Brown and draft Okung. Then try to Atowge from St. Louis.
