He played just fine as a skins it just he did not make the pics. He was run out of town because of that and I always thought he was agood player. A fitting end will be him missing an easy pix six and the 49ers loosing next week by 5.

Yeah forgot that, and of course if they win it will be all his doing too.

Your boy Justin Smith was an animal against the Saints.

No, he's playing well because he's on a one year contract and he wants to get paid. One only needs to review his old interviews to see that.

Face it man, he was always a really good cover corner and 9th overall pick, he's playing to his potential just like Alex Smith and making INT's. Oh wait, Alex Smith is on a 1 year contract also. Get over the bitterness over Rogers, I will never get over the bitterness over Hall (despise his Ass).

You have to admit that it's very frustrating seeing him playing great football on another team. Especially when our DB's SUCK. Not only that but they bring in a coach that KEEPS the an unwanted QB, coaches him up w/out any off season minicamps and now they're playing for the Super Bowl. Now as long suffering Redskin fans we all ( and Dan Snyder) have to be wondering why we couldn't do the same thing....coach up Jason Campbell, keep the draft picks and building a winner.

Not buying it. One thing that helps SF is they play in a weak NFC West. Even though we beat NY twice we're still not better than they are. Nor are we better than Philly or Dallas. The only way we compete for the division is the quick fix approach aka..sign Peyton Manning. Otherwise we're still a few years away cause we don't have a QB, o-line or a dominating defense.

That's 100% BS. He got dicked over here by management. Plain and simple.

Yeah I believe there is some truth behind that. Looking back at the culture and methods of the front office, just wasnt smart. I think the move to pick up D Hall mid season and then to pay him a effing ridiculous contract shortly there after really pissed off Carlos. He coulda kept it professional but his lashing out every now and then just pissed off everyone, but that what the skins were, a drama filled circus. Change of scenery can be very beneficial for players, it was in Carlos's case.

That is my hope. Every year some team comes from out of nowhere and next year it might as well be us. We need a real QB, though, before it can happen.

That is exactly what happened, thank Vinny "the village idiot" for signing Hall and Haynesworth. I was extremely pissed at those moves, while many were saying we are going to the SB. I said the Giants made the right moves at the time signing Canty, Boley, Bernard and others. How did it turn out?

Of course we need a QB and we'll get one. At the same time as the Giants and 49ers have proved, you need a strong OL and D. We have the D and need to focus on the OL and CB in addition to QB. If we can't get RGIII, I say trade down make a run at David DeCastro or Jonathan Martin, we would get an extra pick in either the 1st or 2nd and make a run at young QB in the draft. Drafting smart like last year will fix this team of many problems. The young OL Hurt, Smith, Polumbus, proved we now have depth at the OL.

Re: Around The NFL - Divisional Round

The reality is Rogers wanted a long term big $$ deal and the Skins weren't willing to give him what he wanted. Nobody else wanted to pay him either at the time, as evident by the fact he signed a 1 year deal with SF. Good for him that he played well this year and likely earned his big payday. He moved on, so should we.
