Re: Skins @ Panthers gameday thread
The NFL as a group are politically correct cowards, aka I guarantee the league comes out and says that bullshit call was correct on that Culliver pick 6. The fix is in against the Skins. It just is.

I said it earlier, but I'll reiterate, if we beat the Giants next game, this one is all but completely forgotten. 5-6 is our division, including 2-1 in division, we're right in the mix still
Thank you Tampa! Boo Dolphins.

Also, I don't understand why the NFL won't use technology game more, now that the game speed is reaching levels it never imagined. You shouldn't just trust what these refs are seeing at full speed.

You know what I hate most about the letter-of-the law, no judgement allowed officiating? It's that I now expect exceptional defensive plays caused by good hits to come back. The NFL is turning great plays into personal fouls. That takes away from the excitement and enjoyment of the game.

There seem to be more people posting about people 'crying' etc then there are actual posts with people 'crying'.

I But everything, across the board; must improve from coaching to QB to defense to make a run at the division. |

Yes obviously we have deficiencies. Im just not ready to start looking towards fixing them yet. Too much left to play for at this point. We win next week and we are in first place due to division record if i am not mistaken. We will fix things that need to be fixed in due time. |

There is too much to play for without identifying and addressing the deficiencies that can be addressed through coaching/scheme and gameplan. If the team doesn't play with more discipline, if the run game doesn't improve if the run defense doesn't improve if the passing game doesn't become more explosive if we can't get more sacks then we're not winning squat. Imo most of the above areas can be improved enough through coaching to get better results. |

Re: Skins @ Panthers gameday thread
Skins control own destiny. We win our final 4 division games and we'll win the east.

Re: Skins @ Panthers gameday thread
The really effed up thing about our rebuild, besides the fact that we are one win away from first place in December, is that we need a running back. Lol. I thought we had a two headed monster a few weeks ago. Instead we have two monsters. Mudfoot, and butterfingers.

Re: Skins @ Panthers gameday thread
My only concern about this team is the next game against the Giants. They are coming off a bye and playing better than they did earlier this season. They were good enough to almost beat the Pats.
Luckily the game is at home, but I just hope they are ready for this game. Anything goes during divisional games. And I think we'll truly find out this week whether we are improving or not.

Re: Skins @ Panthers gameday thread
about the only good news out of this mess is that it only counts as ONE loss.
I think the next few games will tell the us and the world whether we keep the same coaches or look elsewhere next year. But yeah, sooner or later Gruden & co. have to get some road wins. |
