Re: Mort gives us props
I wonder when someone is going to call him on it. Did anyone actually do that last year over the air?

Re: Mort gives us props
Had quite a flow to his speech, which was annoying & entertaining at the same time. I think broadcasters like him, Salisbury & Joe T. have that affect, people will say they hate them yet continually pay attention to what they say because they’re not afraid of stirring controversy. In Salisbury’s case, he tries a bit too hard sometimes & I’ll agree w/12th Man, he talked a bit too much smack & then didn’t want to just concede that he was way wrong. He seems to share pastabelly’s personal animosity toward the skins.
That’s cool w/me though, he’ll have to go on espn & suck it up eventually. Once we continue to win big, even the most ardent critics have to give some props. |

Re: Mort gives us props
For me, anything Salisbury says I either take with a grain of salt, or just ignore outright. I mean, the guy has no credibility. How can he criticize players or teams when he was a terrible NFL player. Seriously, what the heck does he know about winning? Nothing. So why should anybody listen to him? It just amazes me that an organization like ESPN would even give this guy a job. There has to be at least 100 other former NFL players out there who were more successful than him that would take that job. The guy is a total fraud.

Lavar, Ramsey
I really miss Lavar and Ramsey, plain and simple. As a long time Skins fan, these offseason moves have hurt more than any other move I have experienced as a fan! Plain and Simple! I hope we get one or both back someday and if not I wish them prosperous careers and will follow their careers and continue to be their fan as I am sure many of us will do! I really miss them though, and it is tough to hear that they will be representing different teams this season!
