i am another one who posts while at work. i am a web manager, so i'm on the computer for 8 hours a day. since i stay away from a computer while at home, this is the only time I can contribute my 10% of TMC's output...

To other's credit, many of my posts are to "lighten the mood". I tend to think of it as a morale booster when the season is in the shitter.

yep. after work, I try to stay as far away from computers as possible (doesn't always work out).

I work with computers too, and there is actually a lot of time spent waiting for processes to finish, etc. (at least thats what I tell my boss

definitely. because I work for DoD, and a different company owns the servers my site is on, I have no access to it. So i have to wait for it to be posted to the development server, and then pushed live (all the while, htm files getting blocked by the damn email server). Plenty of down time waiting...
