Re: Memorial Weekend & BBQ Plans
I haven't tanned since I got married. Being fair skinned is not conducive to spending large amounts of time in the sun. It totally drains me for some reason and even more so as I get older. Just give me a tall glass of iced tea and a shady spot and I'm good to go.

Re: Memorial Weekend & BBQ Plans
My weekend will probably consist of some yard work, definitely some beers, and some good dinners eating out. The usual weekend basically, except it's a day longer.

Re: Memorial Weekend & BBQ Plans
I'm gonna' bust out some of my NEW OMAHA STEAKS, and other asundry consumables while doing much outside stuff, as the weather is great. Burn some meat over a WOOD fire. SOON, it will get MUY hot, (then I retreat to the water) but not this weekend

Re: Memorial Weekend & BBQ Plans
Dining al fresco tonight at one of Frederick's downtown establishments (one with the shortest wait for patio).
Tomorrow night, attending a wedding at the American Visionary Arts Museum in Baltimore. My wife knows the groom...and that's about it. So I get to hob knob with 200 people I don't know. There better be some decent beer... Sunday, bbq with wife's family Monday, bbq with my family, using some of the burgers and dogs from the omaha steak combo we got the other day. There will definitely be some decent beer at this bbq, since it will be here at the house.

Re: Memorial Weekend & BBQ Plans
It's on!
Had a fricking blast last night and slept in my truck next to my smoker while butts rolled. I had thrown some wangs on and about 11 pm I took tons to inside bartenders, tikibar bartenders and Timmy and I sat and scarfed a couple dozen. My Big Pits should get delivered here about noon so I am here and then heading down for the weekend. Bring it on and remember to mention *thewarpath.net for some good Q! peace mike *I get $.50 a person from Mattyk
