unfortunately, Belichek. Dont like him, but he wins and more importantly, he wins consistantly in todays NFL.

I'd want Spurrier, with Ramsey playing QB!!!!
Seriously though, I'd definitely take Gibbs (I guess I'm a homer too). My second choice would be Walsh. |

Scotty Bowman
or Joe Gibbs.

Joe Gibbs or John Madden. I love 'em both.

Vince Lombardi. Lombardi could motivate his players to run through a brick wall if need be. In this day and age, you just don't see that. The Patriots are the closest to a team where each individual player is willing to make personal sacrifices to better the team. So my close second would go to Bill Belichek, but of course, my favorite is Joe Gibbs.

ACtually Smooty,
George Allen would be a great pick, but since he wasn't an option, I would say it is between Coach Gibbs and Walsh. Allen helped build the franchise into winners and Gibbs took them over the top!!!!!!! |

I'm going with Denny Green, for the post-game press conference entertainment value.

Ditka!
J/K. I'd take Lombardi. As far as Belichick goes, he might give the team a slightly better chance to win in today's game than does Gibbs, but I'd still take Joe. He gives you a great chance to win, and he does so with class. |

I think Gibbs is the best leader. I don't think he has ever lost his players even during losing streaks.
