Well since no one else is taking the smart-ass answer, I present to you, the Hester of the 2008 NFL Draft:

the more I think about it the more I'd love to see Royal w/the Skins. I know he's only 5'10, but I could see him filling in for moss on the outside or ARE in the slot & returning punts/playing coverage on spec. teams. I'd also love to see one of our other hokie wideouts here, Morgan or Harper. They're both big late round guys & might be worth a look if they really want to boost the competition for those last wr spots.
As much of a Hokie fan that I am, I cannot see us picking up Royal because he is too high of a pick for too short of a reciever. We already have the short burners on the roster and Gibbs is no longer with us. The present coaching staff is looking for those prototypical WR's that are 6'2" or taller. I like Morgan or Harper in the 6th and 7th rounds or even undrafted to come to the Skins, but that is because I am partial. I am also partial to Paul Hubbard, but that is a different story. I would really love to us get Royal, but in reality he isn't (in my mind) even on our staffs radar. It is a shame because I can see him helping a team to win many football games.

McKelvin has huge potential as a return man, as does DeSean Jackson. Kevin Robinson was insane at Utah State as a return man but does not have great NFL measurables.
