Re: NBA/NHL Prediction Thread
I thought that game was over last night, the Lakers were up by 20 something when I turned it off and said oh well the series is 2-2. One more win and Colin Cowturds' know it all prediction that the Celtics couldn't win it all with their big 3 is down the shitter.

Re: NBA/NHL Prediction Thread
I grew up in RI and I love all Boston teams expect the Pats. I was actualy born in DC and my dad got hooked on the Skins, so we have love them since. To think the last time the C's one I was in High School!
To watch the Red Sox and Celtics win it all (hopefully) all in the same sporting year, is just plain crazy. When your teams are this deep in the palyoffs each game is a heart attack to me! If the Skins make it to the SB this year, my heart may just exploded! |

Re: NBA/NHL Prediction Thread
Boston over the past few years is definitely getting spoiled with their sports teams. I'm jealous, is it too much to ask for just one more SB win for the Skins? C'mon sports gods hook us up already!

Re: NBA/NHL Prediction Thread
Seriously Matty, this is ridiculous. The C's are back on top this year, the Pats have won enough Superbowls in the last 7 years, the Red Sox have climbed back to the top, the only thing holding them back is the Bruins. It's time we get some love from the Sports Gods lol.

I was just up in boston for a little while, tried to get tickets to game 1 but couldn't unless I wanted to get a 2nd mortgage...but I did see the Red Sox beat Seattle last Saturday at Fenway. It's great to see the Sox dominate! The Celtics are really a bonus for me...it's great to see them on top again...we just need the Bruins to get a little tougher. If the Skins win the Super Bowl, it would be a perfect year (after the Sox winning it last year and Celts likely going to win it tonight, or in a couple days!)

Re: NBA/NHL Prediction Thread
There is nothing wrong with that. They haven't had an actual championship on their ground since 86. The Sox won on the road, and same with the cheatriots. I wonder how many cop cars will be turned over after they win tonight?

Re: NBA/NHL Prediction Thread
This is a good ole fashion ass whooping. Lakers looked like crapola all night. Kobe is not MJ. I think this series has shown us that with little doubt in my mind.

Good to see the C's back on top. Even better to see Kobe lose.

Re: NBA/NHL Prediction Thread
The Lakers flat out rolled over and quit last night. They looked gadawful, pitiful, and a bunch of other adjective that equate to dog shit. Nice to see the Celtics win...
