My thoughts exactly.

We have enough flexibility on the OL with guys like Heyer, Fabini, and Rinehart who are all capable of playing multiple positions.

Right now WR seems like a bigger need area.

FB (1): Sellers
TE (3): Cooley, Davis, Yoder
WR (6): Moss, Randle El, Thrash, Kelly, Thomas, McMullen
OL (9): Samuels, Kendall, Rabach, Thomas, Jansen, Fabini, Heyer, Rinehart, Geisinger
DL (8): Taylor, Carter, Griffin, Montgomery, Golston, Alexander, James, Evans
LB (6): Fletcher, McIntosh, Washington, Blades, Campbell, Sinclair
CB (6): Springs, Smoot, Rogers, Torrence, Tryon, Richardson
S (4): Landry, Doughty, Moore, Horton
K: Suisham
P: Brooks
Snapper: Albright

Edit: switched out Wilson for Evans.
I agree with everything except the omission of Jackson. Some how they need to keep him, and I doubt he will make the practice squad. I heard Vinny say that they may only keep five linebackers. That was probably before camp started, not sure if that is feasable.

I think they expanded the practice squad to 8 as part of the last CBA.

No problem. It was an honest mistake.

I hope you're right, I hate ruining a fine piece of marble with these lists only to find out I should have used metaphorical marble.

Like the list, BTW.

All fine and everything, but I think they will take one of those guys off for Broughton.

You think Broughton will make the roster? Why? And who are they going to bump to keep him?

I forgot who the interview was with, but I remember them really singing his praises last week. I think with Heyer backing up you really do not need that 9th OL. Plus if it gets dire you can put Alexander back there at tackle. I would say take off Geisinger for Nehemiah.

I don't think Mix and Hamilton are eligible for the practice squad.

Mix gets the spot over McMullen. I love his special teams play, almost took down the Hawks last year.

Pretty likely..the only question marks are Brooks vs Frost...who really knows?

No way Mix makes the practice squad, Mann is better.
Tryon may not make the team..may be PS bound.
There is also the possiblity that Boschetti, D Evans and yes...even Todd Wade may make the team....maybe one of these 3 may be on the team for 6 weeks if they put Kelly on PUP.
It would make sense to keep a dlineman during that time as insurance for Jason Taylors injury.

Re: Your final 53

So here's the Final 53:

QB (3): Campbell, Collins, Brennan
RB (3): Portis, Betts, Cartwright
FB (1): Sellers
TE (3): Cooley, Davis, Yoder
OL (9): Samuels, Kendall, Rabach, Thomas, Jansen, Heyer, Rinehart, Fabini, Geisinger
WR (5): Moss, Randle El, Thomas, Kelly, Thrash
DE (5): Carter, Taylor, Evans, James, Wilson
DT (5): Griffin, Montgomery, Golston, Alexander, Evans
LB (6): Washington, Fletcher, McIntosh, Blades, Campbell, Fincher
CB (5): Springs, Rogers, Smoot, Torrence, Tryon
S (5): Landry, Doughty, Moore, Horton Hamilton
SP (3): Albright, Brooks, Suisham

ChickenMonkey was off by one spot: He had McMullen as the 6th WR but Hamilton made it as the 5th Safety. (A special teams pick - the New Ade).
