OLine. Over 200 yards rushing, pushing through 4th and 1... OLine!

Re: Redskins/Eagles MVP?
I have it to the O line.... the holes portis hit were pretty big and they were pretty good against a great blitzing defense. JC stayed a lot cleaner than i thought he would.
our D would be a close second. these guys can score qiuckly and westbrook looked fast and shifty as ever... we held them nicely. one drive at the beginning and one for a FG... pretty f'in good for on the road in philly.... what an awesome game.

Re: Redskins/Eagles MVP?
Portis and the OL did a great job, but I give the game ball to Andre Carter who made play after key play on D.

Re: Redskins/Eagles MVP?
I just don't think this game one person stood out above the rest. The D got things going, O line opened up some nice holes, CP had nice runs even when the line did not open up holes, JC had another great game, shuisam mad clutch FG's, coaching ajusted great, Snyder and Vinny hired Zorn, Ref's kept the game close, etc...

Re: Redskins/Eagles MVP?
Portis--the key yards, a huge 3rd down pass reception (great hands), and that 4th down to ice it--he CALLED the play (Zorn listened to his suggestion), and then just carried the D past the sticks. No doubt it doesn't happen without great o-line play, but CP was the all-around package today. And he blocked well in pass pro. Awesome.

Re: Redskins/Eagles MVP?
Portis was good but I have to give it to the D. They have been playing lights out since the second half of the Giants game. Just imagine how scary they will be at full strength.

Re: Redskins/Eagles MVP?
And imagine our offense once we can count on the rookie receivers - This team could be very special.

Re: Redskins/Eagles MVP?
Going into this game the Eagles led the NFL in sacks, and were also #1 against the run.
They had 1 sack and we had over 200 yards rushing. So in my mind the offensive line is the unquestioned MVP. I give Portis and the D a tie for second.

Re: Redskins/Eagles MVP?
There has to be a whole lot of gameballs today. No one man was able to claim this victory. It was a total team accomplishment. HAIL!!

Re: Redskins/Eagles MVP?
Portis is an absolute warrior, and I love the fact that the O-line pushed Philly's vaunted D all over the field. I voted Portis, but I would be just as happy with the O-line as MVP of the game.
