Re: McNabb
good point. i made the same point to my brother in law( who is a die hard eagles fan) i told him its a shame the eagles wasted the best years of Mcnabb's career, with basically no quality receivers. and now the ride is just about over, for both him and Reid

Re: McNabb
I think Reid's downfall will be his love for throwing the majority of the time. Its nice to have a potent passing attack but sometimes you need to line up and run it when the D knows you are going to. The Eagles have proved they cant do that 2 weeks in a row now.

Re: McNabb
McNabb has a history of whining after losing. Not too surprising to hear him say something like this really.

Re: McNabb
What I don't understand is how can McNabb say that when he was too chickenshit to try a QB sneak on 3rd and 1/2 in the 4th? Instead of doing that or trusting his own arm he checked down to a run that lost them 3 yards.
And like someone else said earlier, this was the first time I ever remember him not running at least once against us even though he had chances. He might feel like he plays for a better team but he sure acted like he was scared of the Skins.

Re: McNabb
Guys, Guys, give him a break. Maybe he though' he was going to play the Rams or the Lions. The truth is that's a good team and good teams win at home and beat the Bears. On second thought, I guess they're not a good team.

Re: McNabb
I don't need McNabb to tell me the Skins were the better team. I hope every team we play come into the game thinking they will beat us and leave talking like McNabb. HAIL TO THE SKINS!

Re: McNabb
I live in the heart of Eagles country. Not one Eagles fan would look me in the eyes as I took my kid to school this morning wearing my Redskins jacket. This is a different Redskins team they are facing now. A team that can close out a game in the fourth quarter. All Eagles fans should be ashamed. Not only did we jam it down their throats in the second half, we did it in their house, and in front of all their so-called fans. Remember Donovan, you didn't take anything away from us, we took it away from you!!!!---Hail To The Redskins!!!!

Re: McNabb
It's a little off topic, but I totally agree! All my life people had been telling me that theres nothing better than a "Philly cheesesteak". Last year, I went to Geno's to finally try one. It was the worst f*cking steak'n'cheese I've ever had. Half-assed steak with processed cheez wiz.. It was such an Americanized product, no wonder so many people love 'em.

Re: McNabb
I love this line from No matter how you slice it, humble pie being served by Redskins
The Redskins are better than a lot of teams right now because they know who and what they are. They are a team that moves the chains and stops the run. They can even win, like they did on Sunday, when one of their star players -- wide receiver Santana Moss -- doesn't catch a pass. (He didn't complain, either.)
