But if I could release one starter, I choose Smoot because he gets beat like a bad ass child. And technically, he is a starter at the nickelback position with so many teams with 3 and 4 wr sets.

Re: Release Him!!!
Yeah maybe I'm being too hard on Sellers. Shaun Suisham then.

Re: Release Him!!!
I'd love to cut ARE. He's just not a good #2.

Re: Release Him!!!
It's been said before, but I'd go Thrash or Rabach. Although I think the fanbase are the only people that have a problem with him apparently. Oh and for a second I thought this was a thread about releasing Chad Johnson. LOL.

Re: Release Him!!!
Rabach IF we had a replacement...but since we don't....TODD COLLINS.
He's great in Saunders' offense because he had been in it long enough to run with his eyes closed, but he has a weak arm and I have doubts he could step in and take over Zorn's offense effectively. Let's work on developing our QBs and backup QBs of the future, Brennan and Daniel. If these guys don't work out and we have to cut them, what's lost? We'd still have to find a new backup because Collins will be 40 years old and either retired, or just slow and rusty.

Re: Release Him!!!
I think saden was asking to name a starter you'd release, so I'm not sure Collins would count.
I'd probably go with Suisham

Re: Release Him!!!
Far less TD-canceling penalties with a speedbump.
