Re: Cutler Sucks Donkey
Cutler made some bone-head throws, but he made some great throws as well. As the cliche says: he's a gunslinger.
I for one was never sold on Cutler in Denver. Some games yeah, others, no. Maybe he'll become more consistent, but at present he's not there. Cutler only seemed so wonderful because the grass is always greener on the other side of the fence. The skins FO always falls for this one. But note that this does not mean JC is the answer--that's an independent question. The jury is most definitely still out on that one!

Re: Cutler Sucks Donkey

I don't think this team is *that* bad, but I do think Danny and Vinny believe they are always "one piece away" and the answer is just waiting to be plucked from free agency, which is pretty far from the truth.

Re: Cutler Sucks Donkey
Looked real nice.
BTW, if you want to feel real panic, check out how the poor Houston Texans fans feel today. Everyone was on their jock, and they lost at HOME to the Jets. Got smacked, look horrible. They'll hopefully recover, but man. We're not the only team to lose yesterday.

All gun slingers have bad days...guess what, he'll have good days too.

Re: Cutler Sucks Donkey
I'm a JC supporter, please remember it's one game that means for JC & Jay Cutler. I'm glad we never got Cutler.

Re: Cutler Sucks Donkey
Sanchez performed pretty well for a rookie. Next up for him are the Titans and the Jags which should give us a better indication of how good he really is.

Re: Cutler Sucks Donkey
I thought he looked really sharp, and it's not like the Texans D is weak.

Re: Cutler Sucks Donkey
While I don't think their D is weak it isn't dominant either. They're in the middle of the pack at best. I will say the Jetts o-linemen is dominant.

Re: Cutler Sucks Donkey
IMO Cutler is a more talented passer then JC. He has a ways to go but I think he has much more potential for greatness then JC.

On Sunday it was as bad as it ever was. There's mismatches all over the field, and the Jets offense around Sanchez wasn't even that good. They (Texans defense) had a good first quarter, but that might just have been home field advantage effect instead of actual skill. I'll be surprised if Sanchez and the Jets aren't 1-2 in two weeks, although, he certainly played at a high level for a half he's a rookie who played like a rookie.
