Are you cooking in submerged in water or more like frying with a little water? I do pan fry pork chops with just small spray of that non stick stuff and they are great with just a few spices. We don't really do any breading at home because we don't really fry anything.

We call that stewing where I'm from.. or braising if you sear it first.

My wife does this in a little bit of water on the bottom of the pan and adds a little bit here and there as required to keep from burning. I'll ask her for more specifics

Yeah, steaming them. I put a little toaster oven rack in a deep skillet and put the meat on that.. I do some water, allspice, orange and lemon zest (and a bit of the juice), sugar etc in the water below. Takes about 20 mins or so

Ok here's the deal. Start with a light coating of Pam. AS the PC begins to brown, add about 1/4 inch of water and brown on both sides. Add water occasionally as needed.
NOTE: cooking that occurrs in a "stew Pot" is denoted by terms beginning with "stew" aka Beef...., Mulligan..., Elk...., etc.....where I'm from

Me like meat. Me no like KFC meat with cheese. Make grill chicken and dip in Grey Poupon. Make happy.

Re: Meat meets meat in KFC's no-bun sandwich

I was at KFC last week and had to pass and had the grilled chicken. The grilled chicken is OK but has alot less fat. While there I watched a guy eat two of those with a large fries and washed it down with a diet drink.

Maybe he's diabetic.

Probably not. Most of the time, that's just a stupid way to think.

Well technically you are removing calories from the overall meal by not drinking regular soda vs. having a that meal with a regular coke. I will eat something greasy and still get a diet coke, do I think I am on a diet by doing that or think I am eating health nope but I don't like regular coke.

It used to piss me off when people would do that when I worked at a movie theater and ordered a large popcorn covered in butter. Later in life I realized that when I wanted something fatty that when you get something like that, you just can't have water with it. A nice diet soda washes those down pretty nice.

You need the bubbles to help scrub the fat out of your mouth and throat. =)
