Re: More Motivation For McNabb

But do you really think is a personal attack that ESPN is portraying it to be? Its just a bit over-hyped IMO.

Re: More Motivation For McNabb

His comments are definitely headline worthy. He really didn't leave much room for interpretation. Looks like a diss, sounds like diss to me.

Re: More Motivation For McNabb

Yeah I agree about that. McNabb said the right stuff.

I think he has reached the point in his career he knows the typical baits and he doesnt fall for them. Also he has bigger things on his mind, beyond what Jackson said.

I think the best part of that interview, which of course wasnt noted on the ESPN article, was McNabb's answer to a question asking him if he wanted to be a Redskins beyond this year. His response was something like "of course, I want to be here for a while but I will let my agent work on that. I am focused on football".

Re: More Motivation For McNabb

I thought I saw McNabb in McDonalds eating some McNuggets. I saw McIntosh doing the same thing with CB McCauley. Can't wait for some performance based McNews.

I can't wait to see what Kolb is made of when Demarcus Ware or Brian Orakpo are barreling down on him on 3rd and 15. Can't wait.
Remember when Fletcher knocked him out? He ran a post route RIGHT INTO FLETCHER!!!! IT WAS BEAUTIFUL!

LOL...we'll just have to see if Jackson makes it to the playoffs and the pro-bowl to see if the Eagles "lost anything, even with McNabb being gone."

Sure, Jackson could have given McNabb more props, but I don't really think it's the diss that everyone around here is perceiving. Actually, Jackson is probably telling the truth. Kolb is a good young QB, and I wouldn't be surprised if their offense is running pretty damn smoothly so far this offseason.

That said, it would have been classier for DJ to preface his statements with something like "McNabb is a great QB..."

Yes, it actually would. Because he is

Y'know? >.>

Re: More Motivation For McNabb

I am having a recurring nightmare. It's the SB, Raiders vs Redskins. tied 14-14 with 4:30 to go. Campbell chokes, drive ends, 2:30 to go. McNabb vomits, drive ends. Campbell chokes. OT. McNabb gets pulled due to dehydration, Campbell chokes. By triple OT Goodell declares the first SB tie.
