Um no, I'd feel awful as a Redskins fan that we couldn't get the most out of a guy. Personally I think these threads are counter-productive and pointless.

Not sure that the remaining Campbell supporters are the "overreact to what you see on three drives" type.

I'm glad somebody posted a thread on this, because I was gonna do the exact same thing. Looking at those stats is like bad deja vu. I'm glad Campbell is gone, I'm sorry that he still sucks, because he does seem like a great guy, but he is not a starting QB in this league.

Good thread Counter -Tre. I saw the score of that game & had to look up the summary. Sounded like another rough game for JC, just like old times!

Let's not make too much of 1 game, the season opener can be so misleading. I'm not going to make excuses for JC, but you do have to realize that Oak. is far more dysfunctional than Washington under VC.

I'm always torn on former players that I like, I wish them well but I don't want them to become great players somewhere else. I think that dysfunctional teams often have players leave that become solid elsewhere. WE've seen it here (see B. Johnson), let's hope this is the end of it.

So in a nutshell, JC's performance in Oak. is part of our new era simply because Allen & Shanny traded him. I think most of us will at least be curious to see how he does. This ain't the end of the JC threads!

I personally think it's laughable that anyone would expect a mediocre QB to perform better in a team that is in worst shape than last year's Redskins. I guess the little Vinnies need to feel good about their argument that QB was the only problem last year.

Campbell is never gonna win with that line man.....Honestly he'd be a great QB if he went to the Falcons or somewhere the line protects the qb

Not the only but that he was in fact one, and a big one at that. Or at least that was always my argument, but why say little Vinnies though ? Just because they feel that way they/we have to be Vinnies ? Could I be a little Shanny because he didn't want Campbell either. Just saying. Since I had my last bit of fun bashing Campbell in a previous thread and have since stopped talking about the guy I'm gonna end this now. I've got a Texans game to start talking trash about.

re: The never ending Jason Campbell player haters ball

Does anyone know the specific conditions on the trade?
is it a straight up 4th rounder in 2012?

Does he need to take the raiders to the playoffs?
Less than a 100 check downs in a season? lol
Anyone?

Seriously though...does anyone know?

Seriously though. We go through this everytime a QB leaves this town.

Jason Campbell is what he is.

don't get me wrong with this post, but JC would have loved to have this OL last year. Now, can we all just move on, and hope that DM and the WR corp somehow hit a stride.

McNabb - About 6 dropped passes, 1 being a potential TD. 5.32 YPA. 0 ints.

JC - 4.86 YPA (A stat that might be more important then Passing efficiency once you factor in a TD:INT ratio)

LOL. The difference was McNabb didn't turn the ball over and he only took one sack. But this thread is stupid. Not even Peyton Manning would do well out in Oak. As someone else mentioned, what is an average QB going to do on a team that is worse than the 09 Skins? This thread should be closed.
