Re: Larry Johnson Cut
Johnson looked downright slow. I hope Torrain gets a shot for some carries, but Portis is clearly the man for now.

Re: Larry Johnson Cut
Why not Ryan Torain? As usual -- I'll trust the front office has seen these guys about 20 times more than I have, so I'll wait and see. Simpson - you're up, can't get any worse than Larry.
After seeing Armstrong look like Randy Moss out there, I guess they've deserve credit for talent evaluation. Gosh I wish they were here when we had 3 second round picks two years ago... |

Re: Larry Johnson Cut
Excellent news.
I never wanted this jerk on the team.

Re: Larry Johnson Cut
You need your 2nd string rb to play teams and LJ doesn't. Plus he sucks at pass pro and isn't a threat out of the backfield. Maybe Houston or Green Bay picks him up but other then that I'd say he's done.

Re: Larry Johnson Cut
Based on what you said why would Houston want him? Green Bay either for that matter.

Re: Larry Johnson Cut

Its nice to know SOMEONE thought he was good in 2006 though, rather have them thinking that than to say he was shit in HS I guess? |

Trust the FO but would of been nice if they would have kept Aldridge (not sure if I'm spelling it right).

Re: Larry Johnson Cut
It had to be done. They should have promoted Torain instead of signing Simpson.
