Re: Cambell blasts redskins, says he was "scapegoat"
Nor do they know how to put together a competent O-line with quality depth, which has hindered the success of Campbell and other QBs here, especially after injuries to Samuels, Jansen, and Randy Thomas became recurring events. Drafting Trent Williams was a positive first step, but the jury's still out on the Jamaal Brown acquisition, and hopefully Shanahan addresses the interior of the O-line this offseason.

Re: Cambell blasts redskins, says he was "scapegoat"
Yep. Davis always liked big arm QBs that can get the ball downfield. Campbell is definitely in a better situation there if he can hold onto the starting job. Oakland has a lot of talent, and actually went 6-0 in their division (yet missed the playoffs!!!)

Actually, I'd have to give that to Rex, the king of sack-fumbles.

Re: Cambell blasts redskins, says he was "scapegoat"
It was billed as Cable wanting Gradkowski vs. Davis wanting Campbell, but really Cable had no dog in the hunt (or whatever the saying is). Hue Jackson is the one who suggested the move to Gradkowski

Re: Cambell blasts redskins, says he was "scapegoat"
Notes to Campbell:
CP sucked ass. Why? He had absolutely no motivation to play for Zorn. Does the QB get all the credit and blame, yeah. But every QB gets that sort of treatment. It may be a tall order, but you JUST HAVE TO DEAL WITH IT. Snyder's a douchebag. He always was. Is it tough? Yeah. But at the same time, you aren't blameless. Giving effort is nice, but you didn't have much in terms of certain skills. ----------------------- That said, it IS rather embarassing that the players for the 2010 Raiders were more hungry than those whoever were half-assing it on that 2009 Redskins team. All that FA pursuing, coughing up picks, etc and we fielded a team less hungry than the 2010 Raiders. Pathetic job by Vinny.
