Re: Mark Ingram at #10?
NO chance for Ingram at 10, that would be the worst case scenario for us.. ATV and K.W can carry the load for another season

Re: Mark Ingram at #10?
We have 4 bigger needs on offense than RB at QB, WR, RG and C. I'm content with Torrain/Williams unless we pick up a speed back in the 5th or so. I'd love for a Miami or NE to trade up with us for the #10 to grab Ingram but would be pretty annoyed if we made a move for him there.

Re: Mark Ingram at #10?
Shanny never takes a RB in the first

Re: Mark Ingram at #10?
Wouldn't want him at 10, but if we could manage a trade with say NE and get their second, I wouldn't mind taking him at 17, and use that second rounder on P Taylor and our 2nd on a QB T Taylor.

Tyrod? I'm a Hokie (& a VCU Ram, just had to get that in!) but no way is he worth a 2nd round pick.

Re: Mark Ingram at #10?
Hope our #10 can stop this guy, If he lands on the Giants, we will regret not picking him up. I would love to see this guy in B/G

Re: Mark Ingram at #10?
I'm w/ you Matty, we have too many other pressing needs. I will say it would be tempting if Ingram is there. I think he's going to be a good one.

Re: Mark Ingram at #10?
First I would like to say I'm a Crimson Tide I would Ingram or Julio. This is probably a smokescreen to lay out trade bait to move back smart tho. If you notice 95% of mock drafts have Ingram going to Miami @ 15 (I think) maybe we get them to bite

Re: Mark Ingram at #10?
So ill chime in and give my 2cents. I got 2 main problems with this. Like most everyone else I think we got way too many needs to pick a running back over other positions, particularly that high in the draft. Which leads me to my bigger issue.
I don’t think you ever draft a running back that high, ever….. First I think rb is truly a position where its easier to find a late gem than any other position, and to go along with that I think we have one of the best rb evaluators ever in Mike Shanahan. Secondly I think the difference in talent from a first round pick to a mid round pick to a late round pick for running backs is not all that significant. Adrian Peterson is damn good, but he’s got his quirks and overall hes not significantly better than any other top 10 back in the league, most of which arnt top 10 picks nor 1st round picks. And lastly rb’s normally have a shortly “self life” then most other position. To contrast with that they also seem to have a shorter learning curve so they seem to be able to step in from almost day one have the potential make a impact right away. So since, in my opinion, this team aint a season away from being 1 dynamic player short from being a championship caliber team it would be foolish to “waste” a pick on a dynamic running back that likely will be slowing down by the time the Redskins are ready to routinely go deep in the playoffs.
