It's a terrible pick though. Hankerson played in the ACC. People are talking about him like he played in the SEC. Like Ohhh he got more yards then AJ Green. If AJ Green played in the ACC after playing in the SEC he would have gotten 10,000 yards receiving in a single season.

Hankerson would have had 5 yards....maybe in da SEC.

OK so maybe he's not an idiot, that was probably the wrong word to say. It looks like we have some Kiper fans here. I just don't put a ton of stock into what the guy says.

Great analogy - I definitely agree. Re-sign Moss to play the slot, and Hankerson steps right in and starts.

Calvin Johnson played in the ACC and I would say he's a pretty good WR

Re: 79th Pick: Leonard Hankerson - WR - Miami

These days, seems like 4 out of 5 Dirtbag posts are some SEC comment and shouldn't be taken seriously.

I'm glad we got Hankerson, one of the few rumors I got from the get go

Oh Dirt. Haters are gonna hate I guess.

SEC- 5 out of the top 6 picks, and more drafted players than any other conference. Just stop.

Re: 79th Pick: Leonard Hankerson - WR - Miami

I didn't see these posted. At least Hankerson had someone good coaching him up during the college offseasons. Hopefully it has made him NFL ready with the route running and ball catching.

Let's hope he doesn't take after Duper when it comes to certain off the field activites.

I don't know what Duper did off-field before, but I don't think we will need to worry about Hankerson getting in trouble with anyone, only because he is a family man. He had difficult college life - school, football, job, and girlfriend/two kids.. He must have learned a lot from this kind of experiences, but if he didn't then we should not have drafted him.
