We're talking Baltimoreans here. Take their comments with a pound of salt because they hate on anyone or anything associated with D.C. - especially the Redskins. It's too bad that we'll never be able to read what they would have said about Chester if he had re-signed with them. I'm sure he would have been a better player in their eyes in that case.

complete OL overhaul from when shanny took over. can't say it appears to be a dominant lline but definitely younger and MUCH MUCH better than what we had under zorn.

Wondering what the team is really getting out of all this money. Chester's a guy. A guy at a position of great need, but he's a guy. I think he can start in the NFL, but I think it's telling that he was going to slide over to center to replace Jason Brown, and they signed Matt Birk for big money instead.

I think I like Chris Chester as the future center of the Redskins. But the best RG on the roster could still be Artis Hicks. And he's not good at all.

I want to see how the contracts are structured before I pass judgement. No doubt we have work to do on the OL.

Baltimore runs a completely different system from what we run. At center in the ZBS he will excel. However, I still think we overpaid.

Yeah, contract structure is paramount.

Chester is kind of a weird signing. On the surface, it appears he's getting starters money. Maybe he's not. If he's getting starters money, that means he's not going to need to actually play like a starter in order to start. If he's getting backup money, he could possibly start or even get released.

I think they'll go after other lineman, just: weird.

well, i like chester, and he's athletic, which makes sense in shanny's offense... he can pull all day long.

money seems high, and we still need a quality OL signing, but he'll help.
