Henderson I could see making the team, Stallworth? Not so much.
Garcon Morgan Hankerson Robinson Moss Henderson Not the depth chart order just naming them. But I could easily see Henderson making the team.

Re: Redskins "Sign" Running Back (Redskins News and Notes Version 5.0)
Since 2009 Henderson has not had more than 35 catches, 500 yards, or 2 TD's in a single year. What about those numbers indicates "ready to bust out" rather than "ready to guard the gatorade"?

Not hating on the guy but I think this take below is pretty reasonable
@Rich_TandlerCSN 14h I'd tap the brakes on Henderson enthusiasm. Started 10 games and had only 22 rec on a team that threw almost 700 times. |

Much rather see an undrafted WR step up and take a spot than either Henderson or Donte

I would agree with that. Unless Henderson or Stallworth is really good, I doubt they'll be on the roster for opening day. I bet they give the UDFAs an early advantage simply for being much younger and having more potential.

Well since he hasn't yet, now would be a good time to do just that. If he had already then I couldn't say ready to bust out. I don't think he was hired to guard the gatorade. Seriously? I actually said he may be ready to bust out. Why are you replying in that chitty way? Trying to get something started? I'm game. Last edited by Sonny9TD; 06-13-2013 at 01:20 PM. |

I don't see how calling indians redskins means that you hate them or is some kind of racial slur. But i am not an Indian and their take is what is the meaningful take. But I know for a fact that when I say I love the REDSKINS I don't think about hating on Indians or have any less respect for them. Neither does anyone else i'm guessing. I think that matters as well. |

Re: Redskins "Sign" Running Back (Redskins News and Notes Version 5.0)
It'd be great to see Stallworth/Henderson NOT make the final roster, as an indication of the talent and depth already there. That said, consistency (of one type or another) is an issue with each guy: Garcon (injury questions and just looking at his historical production); Morgan (not much there); Hank (hands, waiting on a breakout season); Moss (still probably the most talented/consistent WR on the roster but not a #1).
So, it's like we're searching for more rotation guys. Maybe Henderson has something worthwhile left in the tank.

Re: Redskins "Sign" Running Back (Redskins News and Notes Version 5.0)
Glad to know that. I see you talked to Shanahan already and know why it was done. Good job. You should tell some others they won't be battling for the 6th WR or make the team since they won't make the cut. Hoping you're right and we are just fine at WR though. I actually like the receivers we have if they will be consistent. I think they have the talent and Stallworth is a veteran presence.

Re: Redskins "Sign" Running Back (Redskins News and Notes Version 5.0)
I believe I said this was a good move initially and that Stallworth was a veteran presence. He was stating a declarative that me saying this was a good move to have them come in was wrong and we needed no help. How does he know we need no help? Sounds like he was just trying to be chitty actually. I will respond in kind. I don't come here and disagree with people and have an attitude. I only respond that way to those who do it to me. Manners go a long way. He knows how he meant it. He didn't tell anyone else that who liked the move. Maybe it was a bad idea bringing them on but that isn't why he said it..
