You can still get to where you want to go and avoid getting into a car wreck by driving smarter. Like RG3 I think Reed needs to adjust his attitude and play smarter. This is not High School or College football! Everyone is as big and as fast and they will wreck you ass.

Re: Reed, Cofield could miss time
That's a blow, especially with Neild also out. But thank goodness for short-term IR.

Re: Reed, Cofield could miss time
Paul did a nice job stepping up, outside the fumble of course.

Re: Reed, Cofield could miss time
Well, I guess this is the end of Cofield's Iron Man streak. 81 straight games started... easily the most among the league's defensive tackles.
I think I heard yesterday we were going to work out some tight ends some time this week? Paul and Paulsen definitely aren't enough there. Too bad Bolser isn't ready to be brought up. |

TE is a tough position in the NFL nowadays. Gotta have a pretty varied skill-set.

Anyway I like Paul. I follow him on Instagram and the dude works hard. Puts in a ton of time at the gym and in practice. Just wish we could see that effort translated onto the field at game time.

Cooley said reed seems to take longer to return from injury compared to other players with the same problem. basically, Reed doesnt like to play through pain and in the NFL, you are always going to be in pain. difference btw playing through pain (no or little risk of further injury) vs playing with injury (risk for further injury) both injuries really suck for us. i think we need all hands on deck and some luck to get this thing going in the right direction. |

9 out of 10 times you get hurt? WTF??....lol Saden, that's hyperbole on steroids. There was nothing wrong with that play there. Now if that's your QB, I would be agreeing with you, but I think you are overreacting about this play. Also, it looks like he didn't injure the hamstring until he was getting up. Notice he wasn't hurting until he after his move to get up.
