Re: Bucs vs. Skins Pregame Thread

Thank you Punch It In and Lotus!

I have a thread about it in the Parking Lot Forum. Oh, and my boy is already a Redskins fan. He's born, and a few days later, the Redskins beat the Cowboys. He was fussy right before the Minnesota game - we lost! He's had a really good week this week....I think the 'skins take TB!

Is Robert Griffin III a franchise quarterback, what's up with Raheem Morris and more with Hogs Haven - Bucs Nation

Re: Bucs vs. Skins Pregame Thread

The team need this win more than ever to build their confidence that they can win with Robert at QB. The defense has to stop the run and put the Bucs in 3rd and long situation so I D-line can rush the QB. The offense needs to score TD's not FG's so they can take the life out of the Bucs early in the game. The defense needs to force 3 and outs or turnovers to give our offense a short field.
This is a Home game we have to win so I say the score will be:

Redskins- 30
Buccaneers-13

For people who are smarter than me at football things - what must occur for them to realize that perhaps they "can't" win with RG3 at Quarterback. I'm not suggesting we have to lose out or anything like that, but specifically what do they see that makes them move on? Would that truly be a Dan Snyder decision and not Bruce Allen?

I've always believed that next year RG3 battles with whoever is brought in as a FA for the starting QB job....

Thoughts and well wishes to you and your fam. Hope the lil guy pulls through because we need future Skins fans.

Bucs vs. Skins Pregame Thread

I dont think I have ever cared so little about a Skins game.
Maybe I am emotionally spent from watching my Canes blow it last night, but I have zero interest in this game. I was thinking about watching just to see how our alleged qb of the future does, but it is such a long way off until the start of next season and so much can happen between now and then.
Edit: If he lights it up and parties like its 2012, than that certainly bodes well for the future. I just will be wishing that him playing at that level coincided with a meaningful season.

People who are smarter than the people you refer to know that the best thing that can happen for Redskins fans is for RGIII to succeed as the Redskins starting QB.

Nobody, no matter how smart he may claim to be, knows what is going to happen. Let's all hope for the best.

That was a great game. Canes have a good young QB.

Yeah pretty rare for a true freshman to be so poised. Future is bright.
