Re: Around the NFL: Training Camp edition
I predict RGIII will be out injured before Cleveland plays us here in the 4th game of the season. His body just can't stand up to the punishment of pro football. That said, he is an admirable man and I wish him well.

Re: Around the NFL: Training Camp edition
I dont think RG3 will be injured before 4th game,I think he will be
Just finished watching 1st half of cowboys game and I'm not happy.I think Kellen Moore did cowboys a huge favor when he broke his ankle and moved Dak Prescott to backup. Dak looked great,he looked very comfortable and confident and his throws were right on the money with nice touch. Kid looks like he can run if needed but I havent seen him run yet and he hasnt really been pressured. So until we see him with pressure in his face and more playing time he cant really be judged at this time. And this wasnt 4th qtr scrub stats,he started the game. Very impressed with his resume.Unfortunately I think the cowboys might have found the heir to Romo. I know I know way too early to tell but I'm impressed

Re: Around the NFL: Training Camp edition
I'm rooting for the guy, but yeah he still sucks. His new opportunity isn't going to do him any favors behind that Oline either. He will end up hurt again at some point this year playing in the Black and Blue division.

Re: Around the NFL: Training Camp edition
Looks like the Saints first round draft pick just broke his leg.
That really sucks for them.

Hey, if HueJack would just give him a fair chance maybe he could still be good.

Re: Around the NFL: Training Camp edition
Watched some you tube on RGIII's plays, just b/c. Just not seeing it. Same old same old.
Man, I sooo wanted him to succeed for us. Now, I'm torn - as much I don't wish the guy ill and hope he does okay, I just don't want to have to listen to the "See, Washington is just stupid, once he left, RGIII was a great QB" crap from everyone and their brother. Particularly, I don't want to hear it from the Skins' "fans" who seem to revel in our screw-ups or who think they are so much smarter than the guys who do this for a living (and BTW, whose living is dependent upon their choices). At this point, he's a good guy who has a ton of money and who will undoubtedly make financially sound decisions. Even if he bombs in the NFL, I highly doubt we will be seeing him on the next "30 for 30 - Players who are broke." So, I lean towards the "Just get him out of the league so we never need hear of the drama again." Even still, he fascinates me like a car wreck on the other side of the median.
