In any other game where refs are calling it competently, yes it's a penalty. In this game where they were letting WR/DB's grab each other all game, nah. Especially not when a penalty ends the game.

Yeah, there were some dubious non-calls all game (especially holding on both the TB OL and D), but that was so blatant they had to call it.

Overall well played game but I'd say the Packers lost it due to some dodgy play calling on D and then not going for it inside the 10. You have to figure Arians will be more conservative backed up than in the middle of the field. Inexperienced HC.

The non calls were on both sides IMO. Saw some uncalled by GB's OL too.
