This is how I am looking at it. I was pretty optimistic going in, and the game started off great, but there was just too much to overcome. Even the guys that came off the COVID list couldn't have been 100%. I thought they put up a good fight. I can't be mad either. On a side note, I have to say, I am diggin' the optimism Punch. |

Re: Eagles postgame
Yea .. think about the guys coming off of covid … I can tell you from being around folks coming off covid ( vaxed and asymptotic) they had energy level issues .. felt tired ( which is in my mind a symptom but…) Payne looked off .. other players looked not right .. let’s face it it was a major factor in this loss .

Yeah you are not 100% at all after Covid but unfortunately that does nothing for us. A loss is a loss and it couldn’t have come at a worse time

Re: Eagles postgame
I'm not even mad. I would have been shocked if we pulled off that W. We were simply way too short handed player and coach wise. Fuck covid.

Re: Eagles postgame
How does Dallas not have any cases? Come on man, something is fishy as hell with that.

“I like the direction that Washington’s going in… Ron Rivera’s got this team playing with nobody. They’re decimated everywhere. I like Heinicke. I like what they got going forward. They’ve got a more disciplined football team than they’ve had in a long time.” -

Re: Eagles postgame
Yep.. I actually thought it would be ass-whooping game for us but we played a little better than I thought we would, mostly thanks to Eagles' turnovers.

Re: Eagles postgame
I never ever want to watch a game called by those 2 fucks again.. There was zero appeal to anything they said.. Also it was SO one sided.. The eagles made a play and they started cheering like fan girls. FOH

Agree with this.. I believe the team would be drastically better if we had a franchise QB. |

Re: Eagles postgame
Terrible broadcast booth. Whoever that play by play guy was sounded like he had money riding on the Eagles. Anything they did was amazing to him. And Sanchez might be even worse in the booth than he was on the field.

Re: Eagles postgame
Gilbert played really well last night, in fact he was more accurate down field than TH has been. The thing he lacks is he's a statue back there. It just proves that TH or Kyle Allen are basically the same level of player as a dude that's been on practice squads. We desperately need a QB and No I don't want some fucking Daniel Jones or Gardner Minshew or whoever. We need to draft our guy and keep Heinike and have 2 good QBs but 1 that has franchise potential.

All things considered, a respectable effort.
