I think missing out of camp due to contract issues was a big no-no too, that mighty greed for pennies ends up costing almost every holout millions in the long run (well, the ones that survive that contract, though sometimes the holdouts also cause premature cuts too). Benson isn't going to be a factor till at least week 3... if he had been there on time, maybe the bears would have had a better chance... if ramsey was on time, he could have started a lot sooner too...

campbell on the otherhand was very fast to sign and immediately came in to start working on the playbook when he didn't have to... so at least he's trying to set himelf up for success.
