You seem like a really really really nice guy, and I've been not wanting to say this because I dont wanna burn any bridges but someone has to say it so it mineas well be me... why do you have to blow everything out of proportion? This is like the third time this week that somthing has been twisted around and we've gotten in arguments and you're in the middle of it. No one is singling you out or anything. No one is calling you a quitter, but leaving Brunell in to get hurt would be f*cking stupid. Ya know? I think ya just gotta calm down a little man. I'm really really not trying to be disrespectful, but thats just my take.

I'm merely commenting on how odd this topic is, damn dude try to not be so sensitive. As for calling people out, you've been calling me out all day for missing your complaint post. With 500-700 posts a day around here, from time to time it's inevitable I will miss things. Just curious what your opinion is of pulling starters with a big lead, how is that any different? Isn't that a form of quitting? When you're down 36-0, it's a little late to be worrying about being a loser, you already are. A smart person knows when to accept defeat and when to save their energy for another battle on another day. |

Re: Make a bed, lay in it.
Why is the fact that I am saying I believe you folks are wrong an issue no matter what the subject?
You all disagree all the time but when I say I disagree it's an issue? Come on guys what kind of double standard is this?

He has more than qusetions. Taf. Your question is a whole other thread. MY thread was about letting a inept #8 off the field after failing for 3.5 quarters to let a #11 take his tail whooping. Maybe yer a #8 that get's to let an #11 take yer licks but in the real world that ain't cool. You can't justify "I was gonna lose any ways" to me. Sorry

Re: Make a bed, lay in it.
SBF -- Lets keep on going with the war theme. If you're in the middle of a battle and you're losing guys left and right I suppose you push on rather than retreat to save your men for another day? In your opinion you should take the liberty to send peoples daughters, sons, fathers, mothers, and loved ones to a certain death so that you aren't seen as a quitter? This is ridiculous and while I wanted to see more aggressive playcalling it did no good to keep Brunell, Portis, etc in there. Especially since it takes one hit to (re)aggrivate any sort of injury.
Retreat and save your energy for another day. We got waxed. It hurts. It happens. Use it to your advantage against the Eagles and continue on.
