He has been very good at home this year. I want to see a good road performance now that we have had four good home performances out of him. No easy task against one of the best Ds in the league next week.

His Dad needs to be at all games going forward. Even away games. Give him a seat on team flight.

Kirk may not be an elite QB but he is much more than "just a guy".

- Since 1960, only Kirk Cousins and two other Redskins QB's have thrown TD's in the first 9 games of a season. Those QB's were Sonny Jurgensen and Joe Theismann.

- Kirk led the greatest comeback in Redskins history vs. the Bucs.

- Kirk had a perfect passer rating against the Saints, throwing 4 TD passes.

It's time to start recognizing him as the present and future QB of our team.

The only question left in my mind is "When will the Redskins begin negotiations with his agent to try to sign him to a long-term contract?".

So its all on Kirk and the rest of the team has nothing to do with wins and losses??? this team could not win 7 more games this year with Brady as the Qb..Way to many issues with other areas..maybe 5 more wins and who knows 9-7 may win the division..but I hear you if Kirk doesn't win at least 7 more games this year I say cut him ..blow this team up start over with Rookie QB or some other aging gimpy QB..makes sense to me..whew Anybody out there got any positives about Kirk??

Yes. He's shown me enough and he's only going to get better.

Oh, BTW, Cousins is first Redskins QB with at least 300 yards passing and a rating above 150 since Sammy Baugh in 1948.

Nothing wrong with feeling good about Kirk lately. He's been improving steadily.

still needs to finish strong. I really need him and Jay to win on the road for once.

That being said, I don't see a lot of options other than a 2-3 year extension in the area of 7-9 mill a year. He is good enough to continue to build the team stronger in other areas.
