so they are done with the colt mccoy project? i thought he could stick it out with them for a year, they had a better qb situation than us, more up side at least. sure dosen't sound like clevland wants anything to do with him.

So basically the other QB's in this draft have no chance at being successful starters? Not buying it.

And why did you want Clausen here? LOL... I hope he does well to shut up some of the whiny fans up. You wanted RG III, and we have him (or luck). You didn't want Grossman Back or manning or beck or weeden. Make up your minds folks. George, Ramsey, Ferotte, Shuler etc. Ring a bell? I would actually have liked for them to not RG III, and gotten cousin/tanneyhill. Or Manning and for it not to work. I would really like to see your reaction them. The skins made a bold move. We just to wait to see how it plays out.

Still, I could see Allen doing something to move back up.
Curious...What ammunition do you think he has to move back up into the second?

RG3 won't have time, but he'll have plenty of pressure in D.C. - NFL - CBSSports.com News, Rumors, Scores, Stats, Fantasy Advice

Still have the rest of our picks, plus certain players could be on the table

I think he will deal fine with pressure. He did fine with pressure the last 3-4 games when he was making the push for the heisman.

Re: Redskins agree to trade for No.2 overall pick in 2012 Draft

I don't think I said I wanted Clausen here (well apart from the 2010 draft). What I have said in recent months is that he could be available and I've heard the Skins might be interested in him as a young QB with upside, but not as the new franchise guy. And I didn't see what the harm is in that

After watching this video, I dont know if I want the skins trading for the #1, I think this guy has got the goods, and is going to be phenomenal.

I see what you are saying, I just don't see where we have the luxury of depth at any position to trade players for picks without creating another hole somewhere. It will be interesting to see how they handle the draft now and if they do try to move back up somehow.

Or they could sit tight, and trade down and pick up more mid/late round picks. Who knows. I think the free agency plan will show us where things could be headed for the draft.
