This. I think Mangini has found his calling in life. It surely isn't being a football coach because he sucks at that, but god damn he's a great analyst. I'm still amazed at how good he is at it.

I think he's like that with most QBs though. Guy loves some QB.

It was so nice seeing the boys get embarrassed on MNF instead of us.I cant see how Dallas isnt scoring more points with the off weapons they have.Bryant is a physical beast,we as skins fans are lucky he hasnt connected the dots and hopefully he never will.

God i hate skip. Thats sooo low. Mangini was probably too classy to fireback and too cool to let it ruffle his feathers i bet.

Mangini just isn't a great people person or motivator. He's not a rah rah kind of guy. Being a head coach is about so much more than Xs and Os.

Agree or Disagree??? Im bias towards the D so anything that helps tone the O down a notch im in favor of.

Offenses and scoring are out of control, so it's time to tweak some rules - ESPN

Too bad the Patriots don't have a star defensive player that would b*tch about something to the point that the NFL would make a rule helping defenses (a la Brady rule).

Yeah, I'd like to see the D get a little rule-love. It is more difficult than ever to play defense.

Idk it's actually fun for us to be scoring finally, I love defense but I'm tired of seeing the skins not scoring

Re: Around the NFL...Week 4 Style

The league has tweaked the rules over the years to increase scoring, I don't see them going backwards at this point.

Re: Around the NFL...Week 4 Style

The league wide battle of offense vs defense goes back and forth. Who's to say some defensive genius won't develop a scheme that limits offenses even under the new regime of rules?

Re: Around the NFL...Week 4 Style

I certainly think the defense has the short straw right now and if Orakpo was healthy I'm sure people would've pointed out how he is not getting holding calls. I would like to see a little more leeway for the defense as too much scoring is just as boring as not enough scoring.
