actually the illegal contact came from P.Manning bitching too much not Brady

The rule against prohibiting low hits on QBs came after Bernard Pollard took out Brady in 2008.

I know its for player safety and not the benefit of defense but the practically automatic touchbacks certainly benefit defenses too.

I think Manning will.


He's currently 15,848 yards behind. He'll do another 4 years.




Manning is 101 TDs behind Favre. Not sure he catches that record though, but he very well if he is solid the next 4 years. Just needs to average 25 TDs a year, which isn't hard for him. That year he sat out would probably be his downfall if he comes up short.

I hope that Manning does it. I'd rather he hold those records than Favre.

what took them so long? i drafted him, terrell owens, and plaxico burress on my fantasy team but they haven't gotten any points yet. hopefully gaffney gets me some points this week
