Besides, your statements have a "He has been blah blah" or "He is going to blah blah blah", which means that you are asserting a certain property to him, which means you are asserting a FACT. I dispute that your statement is actually FACT, and instead that is insuffcient evidence to deem it as fact, and that the actual facts point towards the opposite.
Yeah, it's quite obvious that Shanahan even allowing the possibility of letting him practice without needing to pass the test is a perfect indication of Albert malciously mailing it in, cooking it up, DESPITE advising from the medical staff. Sure, you can form opinions, but opinions formed from suspect assumptions deserve be critiqued, regardless of the subject matter's flaws. It makes perfect sense. Mike Shanahan, strict disciplinarian who should be just as angry with Haynesworth as he was with Plummer, yet he instead of squeezing the vicegrip tighter, allows the possibility of loosening it should the knee situation take a long enough time. It makes perfect sense. NOT.

And Albert Haynesworth, naive, immature, and maybe just a bit paranoid, probably felt the an anvil fall on his head as he realizes that most of the practice he's getting is at RDE. Like a little kid who tries too hard to make up for his mistake, he continues to dig himself a deeper hole, despite his an apparent desire .

"But these reporters don't know what they're talking about. Al is deliberately bombing because I WANNA BELIEVE IT. My judgement is right. Nice try, SCP, you're just best friends with Al Haynesworth. Your emotive ques tell me everything I need to know"
c'mon man you know it's just how i feel. if i say "he is ugly", though it is technically me sighting a fact, you know it's my opinion. my gut is telling me that he is not giving this 100%. i'm not going to sit here and argue with you because in the end we're rooting for the same team. say what you want to say about how i feel, but there's no need to be hostile. lighten up...

I highly doubt it because of the following:

1. Mike Shanahan wouldn't allow this to happen. If it were the case, I would imagine he'd put the conditioning test aside and make him practice.

2. While AH has done dumb things in the past, this would be REALLY stupid of him to do.

Personally, I think people need to over-analyze this situation. There are more important things to discuss and over-analyze.

Soon, Albert is going to get pissed off and start stepping on some heads.

At this point, yes. He's NOT in that bad of shape.

Yes, but this is Albert Haynesworth. I saw an interview last year about him talking about playing with his daughter's dolls.

However, I truly believe that starting in Week 1, all of this media-driven circus drama will not mean a thing, Shanahan will run a tight ship and we'll be seeing more of this:

Given how Shanahan has beaten the hell out of him in the public eye, do you really think he'd let him get away with this?

If AH is really faking all of this to not practice, then either MS is really dumb for not noticing or AH is doing a helluva job hiding it from him.

Don't think he's faking it, the team doctors are holding him out. He's not staying out on his own.

Does the coach need the player, or the player need the coach? A medium is going to be found in all this, happy or unhappy, a medium nonetheless.

Shanahan had planned to make him pass a test to practice. Albert's playing games with it and since then, Coach has come out and said publicly that AH could end up practicing without passing the test...he's on top of things and knows what Fatso is doing...but won't let it derail the training camp for the entire team.

I have no doubts that we're running a highly structured, effective and overall great camp for the entire team. Haynesworth is not interfering with anyone but himself and the media who drools over another day of Chicken Little Redskins reporting.

Yeah, while being examined by a professional medical staff, a head coach who sticks to principles and is certainly watching him, and a conditioning coach who he reportedly has a good rapport with, and some initial assurance that he won't be Mr. Nose Tackle after all. You think they're going to let him get away with it OR he go and disappoint Wright?

Then there's his own actions. First the potty break, then WANTING to run it again despite being advised by Ray Wright to just wait till the next day. Makes no sense to me. I know that if I wanted to bomb it, I would have taken to "let me rest" option than try the test again.

Well I'm not a doctor nor a personal trainer, but my suspicion is he's not faking it. However, I believe the reason, or a big reason, his knee is hurting is because he lost a lot of weight too fast. It's almost like he was cramming for an exam at the last minute instead of studying (or in his case working out) all spring as he said he would.

He had problems with the knee last year, that's why I suggested in an earlier post the fact this could be a lingering problem that could have him in and out of the line-up for extended periods. A plus 300lb. man, short on endurance with a bum knee is not a good combination. The best hope is that the knee will get better with rest and treatment since it dosen't appear to be serious enough for an MRI.
