yes, b/c we all know that college football players never make stupid mistakes... dude, do you have some personal vendetta against our guys? You had about 50 posts at the beginning of this thread about how you hated "hollywood" leinart... now you're going off about justice.

oh wait, you hokies are still eating the dust that reggie bush left y'all in FedEx two years ago... that explains it!

i don't think lutui is the best OG available, but he's pretty polished in pass protection. SLOW though. surprised max jean gilles didn't go first.

lutui will not be hyped as much, but az is flying in this draft... lutui did all the heavy lifting for us last season on that line... and now leinart has some protection for him and his weapons.

We have to trade another 2007 pick to get into the 3rd round. Then again, we don't have a second next year. Maybe we'll trafe into the fourth for a 2007 3rd?

I would have rather seen Lendell or Justice taken with our pick.

Betts is gone after next year and Portis could use a lighter workload. (I don't even want to hear about Nemo or Rock. They are not in White's league)

I guess, but I just feel that our need for LB or CB was a bit greater than that need, but I do see your point.

lendale would have been a great value pick... you can never have enough good running backs, especially if one isn't gonna cost that much.

this guy knows how to move the chains. i know character is a big issue, and this guy did show up out of shape to the combine. but to forget everything he did in college is kinda crazy- he holds the rushing TD record at SC, tailback U. he was the reason SC's offense was able to go vertical when reggie stalled out... he runs b/t the tackles with authority and he has deceptive speed.

i think portis and white could have co-existed.
