2010 NFL Off-Season Rumors and Reports (Week 5)

This is a bit off-topic, but if there is no CBA extension, there won't be a draft in 2011. So what happens if we trade Haynesworth for a 3rd in 2010 and a 2nd in 2011? do we just not get the pick? or would we get the pick in the first year that the draft returned?
I guess the same principle would apply to the McNabb trade. If there's no draft next year, do we ever have to give the eagles another pick?

the draft is guaranteed for next year.

I'm sure the Titans would love to steal him for a 3rd but we're not going to give him up on the cheap. It's gonna have to be a legit offer.

Lions would have a much better chance offering their third. It's early enough that you could argue it being similar to a late second round pick sort of like how the Eagles are arguing they got a late first for McNabb.

This time of year is voluntary mod time. I'm getting ready for the regular season on my own. Didn't feel like I was on my game last year so I gotta do things my own way to get ready.

Are you working with your old admin to get back into form? I think that Matty would really prefer that you were here.. guy shipped out the last supermod for a lowly off-topic subforum mod. I've always had your back man, show up ready and all of this will blow over.
