It's funny how the Skins took heat for letting go Ramsey, LA, Coles, Bailey, Pierce, Smoot. But when I look at that list I don't think our team would have been any better with any of those guys. Some might say we could have used Champ last year, but I still take Portis everyday of the week given his impact in '05.

What i hope LA doesn't do is continue to blame the 'Skins for his knee problems. He may have no one to blame but himself!

Arrington said he continues to be patient with the pace the trainers and coaches have set for him.

"No worries -- it's not a frustrating thing," he said. "I'd love to be out there banging with my teammates. But I'm feeling great, actually. My workouts are going well. My conditioning is staying up. I'm getting my mental reps down."

HA, doesnt this remind you of when he said that he wanted to be a Redskin for his entire career? He should be a politician.

and G.I. Ant One, we're afraid that his leg will actually snap off and gross everyone out. That thought doesn't freak you out?

It means he's learning everyone on the team's name, so that if they do something well on the field he can cheer for them from the sidelines.

I love that he claims he's sitting out because the coaches are afraid that he'll play to hard for a preseason game. What a goober.
