Re: Report: Taylor Jacobs Traded
Rexi, in all honesty you talk like you have something personal against Lloyd. Like it goes beyond football.

Re: Report: Taylor Jacobs Traded
There was an incident at a hotel after a game last. It's really just best not to talk about it. *cough-Kobe-cough*

Re: Report: Taylor Jacobs Traded
Brandon Lloyd's rap cd beat out Rexi's debut album and he's been out on a vendetta to destroy his name. Lloyds sick rhymes mixed w/ athletic talent got to the gangster rappers core.

Re: Report: Taylor Jacobs Traded
Well this has been confirmed by enough parties (Redskins and 49ers especially) that I can drop Report from the thread title

Re: Taylor Jacobs Traded
Rexi. What you fail to comprehend is that you have Mike Nolan and we have Greg Williams. Mike Nolan was run out of this town (so actually San Fran is taking our castoffs) and took his feeble defensive mind with him. Greg Williams is a defensive genius who takes players that other teams throw away and maximizes their talent. So what if you received a 3rd and 4th round pick. It will take you 3 - 5 years to get any value for them. The Redskins will contend every year that Williams runs the defense. That is 100% fact.

I'm glad to see Taylor get out of town. I hoped he would carry the load when Patten got hurt last year, but he failed. We are way too deep at WR. I hope Patten sticks with us and gets another SB ring. We are headed to the dance and we all know it.

Re: Taylor Jacobs Traded
I've seen the thread and it took all my power to stay out of it because i see no reason to defend a player that has been on the team for 5 months but it seems you really do have a personal problem with lloyd. I do go to other fansites but i have yet to go to a giants site and make fun of lavar being out because of the leg. We actually have reason to have a problem with lavar. HE is in our division. The reason i don't care for lavar is that he is off the team. Lloyd is off your team and you won't see him again this year so i don't understand why it makes a difference to you. I like other fans coming here as it adds variety but this is just the same point over and over.

Re: Taylor Jacobs Traded
what you need to know about jacobs
- he has potential(so much so that that single word makes me think of him) - HE is injury prone(to say that was an understatement would be errrr.... an understatement.) - HE is a practice beast. He will make you think he is great in the offseason allowing him to slip onto the team. Then he will hurt his eye lash and be out for 3 weeks - HE is, no, i actually think that is everything there is to know about TJ. |

Re: Taylor Jacobs Traded
All I want to know is who is our new whipping boy? I would say Todd Collins but that's too easy and he needs more time on our team? Also, the new guy should be on our roster at least two years. Any suggestions?

Did you not watch the game last night? He bypassed all "length of service" requirements for being a whipping boy. An INT to a lineman standing six feet away, a stupid safety, and tripping over his own feet all within 5 minutes means he can circumvent all standard Whipping Boy Eligibility Requirements and go straight into the position.
