The only reason I'm worried about Campbell getting yanked is because when Gibbs was doing his radio show on Monday, and someone asked about Brunell's future he said that "Mark will sit back in the backup spot, rest up and get healthy, and we'll see where it goes from there". I think Brunell would make a fine backup both this season and next (if he agrees to a pay cut). The other players like him and I think he could play really well in short stretches when 100% healthy. Remember what Doug William brought to the table as a seldom used backup who won us a Super Bowl off the bench. Doug was the same way, when they tried to make him full time starter at that stage of his career, he couldn't cut it. Brunell could prove valuable in a backup role. I am not sure anyone wants to rely on Collins as our only hope if Campbell gets hurt.

As far as Campbell getting yanked for Brunell, if Campbell is that bad that JG would consider this down the road then we have got some problems.
