Forgive me if this question seems really stupid, but what exactly is the moderator's role?

Seems like CC and Summo have very specific roles, CC as the expert with the cap sheets and Summo with the avatars and graphic design.

And I know Joe Crisp used to act as, I'll call it, "provider of inside information", which was handled by Gmanc last year.

And of course, Matty's the Architect.

So what is the role of the rest of the moderator staff? I guess uphold the forum rules, keep the board organized, talk about what the board needs more/less of?

That's pretty much it. To keep the prisoners errrr I mean members in line.

Plus we have our own secret forums to talk trash about the rest of the board.

All of us work together "behind the scenes" on upcoming projects. Some which come to fruition (Tony McGee), others which don't, or haven't yet.
