Re: Hall of Fame Game Thread....
Doughty was getting picked on on 1st drive. The replacment MLB looked slow.

Re: Hall of Fame Game Thread....
I worry that as he gets older it's harder and harder to turn it on. But your right.
Still, the offense looks crisp--they seem to be on the same page and JC looks comfortable. THink back on the Saunders offense--JC rarely looked as calm as he does here. We'll see, of course, how things continue.

Re: Hall of Fame Game Thread....
Number 5 for the Colts looks good, he might challenge Peyton for the starting spot.

Re: Hall of Fame Game Thread....
Not suprised about the dline and lb's though considering that is our weakest depth...
However...I am quite suprised the passing game is so effective so soon

Re: Hall of Fame Game Thread....
I wouldn't read too much into it yet. This is a potent offense system and we're missing lots of folks. But I would prefer them to smash the colts, no doubt.

Re: Hall of Fame Game Thread....
Brooks took the first punt. would have liked to see him land it with in the 5. to bad it went through end zone.

Re: Hall of Fame Game Thread....
Agreed, even during the first series, it was basically our second defense team (with a few of the starters) against the Colts first team offense (minus Payton of course).

I'm actually starting to get worried about the LB's. I think we really need to add someone if they don't shape up, but at the same time I'm glad to get a chance to see what Campbell and Sinclair can do. Was really surprised that Rob Jackson got a chance to start and on top of that he played well. Looks like he's the next Rock Cartwright.

Held on 4th! Right on.
Nice hit by Leigh Torrence to set up the 4th down. He seems to be making his way up the depth chart. Hope it continues.
