Re: Are the lions really as bad as they seem?
they just ought to take this game as if they were playing the best team ever assembled in the history of the league, and not the detroit lions.you prepare like your are gonna play
the best week after week, and the game will be yours for the taking. |

The Rams were ranked 32nd in the league prior to coming to DC. We gave them confidence look at them now. The Destroyed Lions are currently ranked 32nd. Will it be a trick or a treat? It's really up to the Redskins. Only way we lose if we beat ourselves. Nuff said.

Re: Are the lions really as bad as they seem?
their defense is god awful. and their offense is worse. the skins should win this game pretty easily. i guess we will find out what the skins are made of this week. its easy to get up for the cowboys, and the eagles. these are the games where championships are won. i hope they take care of business. it sure would be nice sitting at 6-2

Re: Are the lions really as bad as they seem?
I want a win more than anything, but I would like to enjoy a game this season that isn't a nail biter. We have not won a game by more than one score all year. I'd like to see carlos get another pick 6 off of this team again. I think this team learned a valuable lesson from the Rams game. The Browns were a good opponent. The only game they lost that they should of won was against the Ravens. They have had a tough schedule. They have been beaten by us, cowboys, ravens, and Steelers. Not an easy road if you ask me. Just crush the Damn Lions.....please

If Detroit plays as a team and the QB gets in a zone, we could be in trouble. But if the Redskins stay focussed, then we win easily.

I doubt many QB's will get in the zone against our defense this year. Personally I think they are getting better game on game. We just need to get back to getting sacks and TO's. No, I think the Lions will get the brunt of our frustrations next week. I can't see it being a blow out, but I don't think they put many points up on us. Hey, it may be our first shut out? |

Re: Are the lions really as bad as they seem?
I am not so worried about QB Orlovsky getting hot. Kevin Smith, their rookie running back, does scare me a little. If we are upset, he will have a hand in it. But I'm not too scared because our defense seems to bring it every single game.

was'nt it from detroit that a rb got his shit stolen by another rb this season?
that sounds like a really great team to be on. |
