Zorn can adjust his playcalling for more intermediate and deep routes to take advantage of his strengths. However, he needs an OL that hold their blocks long enough let these plays develop because not every fricking pass has the QB throwing immediately to the first read at the end of the dropback, and oftentimes, that's all Campbell could do last year.

This is our chance to dump Campbell.... Cassel went down in KC.. Trade campbell for a 3rd round pick.. and it opens the door for Chase or Colt

LOL, Even Ive been easy on ol JC this week. I thought he played well but im not drinkin the Kool Aid at this point. JC has always had consistancy issues. Do well vs a good defense one week and then he'd struggle vs a bad defense the next. I think he is done for the preseason so now we just have to wait and see how he does in week 1.

Maybe at this point he is trying to say they would be desperate.

They still have Thigpen, who many expected to be their starter after last season. I doubt they are looking for anyone...

I think few people, aside from fans, would argue that Campbell is being forced on Zorn. Im sure Zorn had a say in tha trade matter, in the end a HC is going to try to win instead of being loyal to one player. He knows his job is on the line so id have to say he was on board with the offseason moves. or attempts.
